Code 2 is a failure to read the water-level pressure sensor. In the manual the module is the suspect, not the plumbing.
Model compatibility: Fisher & Paykel reuses codes across series and model years, so 2 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.

Sensor versus reading
Water level is what the pressure sensor is used for; code 11 speaks of it measuring water level. Code 2 is about the reading step. Neither the sensor nor its plumbing connection is blamed. For a pressure tube that is blocked, kinked or has come off, code 39 is the entry.
Steps open to you
Power down at the wall socket and record the code.
Leave panels fitted; the manual gives no owner check for code 2.
Book service, quoting the model number.
Pressure sensor codes nearby
Code 6: the signal arriving from the pressure sensor is incorrect.
Code 11: negative pressure seen while the water level was measured.
